Prayer

This week I have been praying so much in thanks.

We were excepted into the University of Colorado for graduate school.
This is such a blessing to our family.
Jayson and I decided to take a risk and only apply to one school.
We saved an insane amount of money and time.

We knew it was a risk.

but
after heavy fasting and praying we knew
this was the right choice.

We knew it is where Heavenly Father wants us to take our family.
We knew if we did everything in our power to make it happen
if we stayed true and faithful
he would provide the way.

I am so thankful for the opportunity we have for Jayson
to continue his education.
For the means that make it possible.
For the help he receives to  be able to balance school and work and family
and still manage amazing grades and is able to spend so much time with us.

I'm thankful for Jayson and his willingness to take care of us.
For not only doing it, but wanting to.

I'm grateful for him working while going to school
so I can stay home and raise our babies.

I am grateful for my life.

  4. YAY for being accepted into University of Colorado! What is your husband studying?

I live in Denver and I LOVE Colorado.. Well, I have never lived anywhere but CO, but still, I don't want to live anywhere else! :)

  5. So sweet. I always am thankful to my hubby as well that he works his tail off so I can stay at home with my daughter. It's not always easy, and we definitely need to stick to our budget, but it's what we want for our family and we know that God wants this for us too. Congrats on your acceptance into grad school, both of you!

Thanks for stopping by and linking up at the Super Sunday Sync :) Follow you now, too.

  6. Congrats! That is exciting for you! It is always nice to have that reminder that Heavenly Father loves us and answers our prayers. I live in Broomfield CO, and we are just 15 minutes from CU. You will LOVE living here! My husband is from here, but we just moved here a couple years ago, and we love it! We actually have a lot of CU graduates in our ward. If you ever need help or have questions let me know!
