20 months

At 20 months TY...

Has really started to pick up on his words. 

He went from 4 or 5 words to probably 15 now.

 EATS:

Grapes, blueberries, watermelon, bananas..ALL FRUIT

raisins, pop tarts

pancakes, apple sauce.

Some days I don't know if I will ever be able to feed him enough 

he is so hungry...and others he eats like a little bird. 

SLEEPS: 

ALL NIGHT!!!!

Bedtime = 7:30

Wake up = 7:15 

When Ty has a poopy bum Jayson and I usually say eww and tell him we need to change it. This has resulted in now when Ty has a poopy bum he walks up to us and says ewww...We then together walk into the room to get on the changing table...The whole way there saying ewww and Ty making kaaah noises.

 His sound effects are awesome. He has a little car he drives all over the house while making brroom brooom noises..

Totally obsessed with Keys and cords still. 

He has always been a great huger,

 but now is an excellent kisser.

I love my kisses night night!

Lots of summer fun around our house. 

7 QUESTIONS

1. It's the first day of August- Are you savoring the Summer or ready to jump into Fall?

Normally I'm all about the summer. Growing up so close to a reservoir and a lake....water skiing, wake boarding, tanning. Long four wheeler rides, picnics...fishing all night! 

However this summer I just so happen to not be close to do any of those things. Also I am 9months pregnant. So the heat is KILLING me. 

With that being said I am definitely ready for fall to get here. Cooler days will equal long walk with my two little ones..Park dates..and one happy mama. 

2. You need a quick and healthy meal, what do you make

O I love yogurt and granola..then I throw  a little of every fruit I have in the fridge. It's always different, but always delicious! 

3. You're at the mall, how do you shop?

ugh, I hate malls...I actually don't like shopping that much either. Unless I have my mom and all my sisters to make it fun I just get in find what I need and get out.

4. Would you rather buy a new house or renovate an old one?

Jays and I really want to build a house. He has a lot of ideas and plans for when that day comes. If we are not able to build however I would much rather buy a new house. I am not crafty or handy enough to fix up a house. I would be the person who had a big to-do list of how I wanted to fix it up and it would never get done. 

5. Long hair or short hair?

Being a hair stylist I can greatly appreciate long HEALTHY hair. In my mind there is nothing worse (hair wise) than someone who grows their hair out long...doesn't ever trim or take care of it and just needs the last four inches cut off. 

6. Who is your oldest (not by age) friend?

Lauren and Heather. Ha they are my sisters. BUT my best friends!

7. What is your favorite blog- currently?

I would have to say The paper mama.

Definitely has her own style and she owns it! 

 

no labor signs yet and...IF you knew me

Hey all!! Hope your having a GRRRREAT FRIDAY!! 

Also if your read great in Tony the tigers voice you rock:)

I went to the doctor for my 37 week "check"

and big shocker..not dilated.. and NO signs yet that

she will be coming anytime soon.

I knew going into the appointment that I shouldn't get my hopes up

being that 37 weeks is still a little early. 

I just keep having the thought that this time will be the same..

get to my 40 week check and have NO signs of labor..

Then show up a week later for my induction and still 

NOT dilated and no signs of labor. 

My doctor is a stud though, we talked about other 

options. I asked him how long over he would let me go...

being that I would love to have a natural childbirth 

like I wanted so badly last time. 

He told me he would only let me go to 42 weeks.

Even then I would have to go into the hospital every other day

to make sure the baby was not swallowing meconium.

After our long conversation. I did leave hopeful that 

I do have three more weeks and a lot could happen in 

that time..

maybe I wont have to be induced!

Seen these around, thought I would jump on the bandwagon.

..I still sleep with a stuffed animal I got when I was twelve. 

He is a little dog named noodle..I love him so much!

I LOVE me some diet coke. I think I am hopelessly addicted.

I am a clone of my mother.

  I'm a paranoid freak. No matter what I worry about everything

For example

 -did i turn my flat iron off

-what about the stove
-did i lock my door, did I shut my door

-did I pick my wallet up after grocery shopping

-did I say something to offend that person

-do I have something in my teeth

I cry a lot, but also laugh a lot.

I like Winnie the Pooh almost as much as my 

19 month old does.

I watch Christmas movies all year round and often catch myself even singing Christmas songs.

I have a

green thumb. We just moved and can't have a garden this year..

ah well I'll swoon over last years pictures.

ah, fresh tomatoes how I miss you everyday.

Currently...

 To the rain:)

I don't think it has stopped all week.

I LOVE it. 

We sleep with the windows open and listen to the rain 

and thunder all night. 

Also cooling down the temperature makes this 

pregnant lady super happy!

  

daydreaming:

That I can fit back into my jeans after this pregnancy.

O and that I can wear heals again...

and can reach my own toes to paint them.

 I can go to the grocery store with out someone 

asking me if I am having twins...

REALLY how RUDE!

That Baby girl gets here.

Not early.. I just don't want

her two weeks late like Ty was.

If she came with in two days before or after her 

due date and not have to be induced

....then I would cry I would be so happy.

Into a prenatal massage. Has anyone got one before..

Recommend it? or No?

writing:

In my journal. A lot lately. It was a new years 

resolution goal that I am actually doing quite well on! 

Never been very constant. 

Lets just hope it can stay this way.
