Weigh in time:)
Yay..I am very happy with my weight right now. I almost don't want to get down to my prepregnancy weight. I am not only doing massive amounts of cardio but intense weight lifting that I was not doing before. I may weigh more than I did but I still feel healthier...leaner and more toned.
I still hope to shed more body fat for that lean muscle I am growing to love so much....
SO the goal to still lose 10 more lbs or no??? I will just say I am feeling happy and healthy and if I continue to lose weight on my treck to becoming healthy then so be it, if not then I am definatally still going to have a smile on my face. :)

SALAD in JARS
I love putting my salad and spinach in jars!
WHY YOU ASK???

1. No brown edges on the lettuce and no wilted leaves.

2. On the run? Grab a jar and take it with you. For quick HEALTHY Salad on the GO!

3. Save money... :)
4. Seriously stays good for weeks...and it looks so pretty

  1. Yay Ashley! I am so happy for you! You are doing SO amazing! I just started the gym today. It's not an issue of losing weight for me(although I wouldn't mind), it's more for the toning aspect & more energy! I am excited to see if working out 4 days/week makes a big difference. Thanks for putting the spark in me. :)

I'm going to try the salad in a jar trick. Do you keep the jar in the frige?

  3. Oh man, having to post the food journal on here is SUCH good motivation to stick to making the right food choices! And that lettuce trick... Note to self-go buy some jars! I just got my first MMM post up :) It's not much but it's my starting point! Hoping I stick to it and keep going. Thanks for inspiring my motivation!

  6. What a good idea to do blog about what we eat. If I tried this, what went in to my mouth would be a whole lot different...

    ...I'm afraid to try this.
    Seriously, good for you!!!
