When I’m not spending time with my family, editing photos, going on spontaneous date nights with my cute hubby or chasing my puppies around the house, you can find me taking pictures for Samantha Godfrey Photography. I was so excited when I found out Ashley was expecting her second little one and even more excited when she said I could take her newborn photos! 

My passion is really being able to capture life’s most treasured moments. Here are some of my favorite sessions...

but seriously...

 Working with Sam was amazing. From start to finish I was thrilled with her performance. She captured my baby in moments of tenderness and joy. Patiently waiting through crying fits and a few necessary feedings. I was also impressed with her tenderness and loving care toward my 2 week old daughter. As a mother it was nice to see her get the attention she needed while getting the shots I wanted. With Sam's fun personality she even got my 2year old rowdy little boy to stop and smile for the camera. I continue to receive amazing compliments on her work. I can't recommend her enough.

Dear Ember, Just looking at you takes my breath away. You are so beautiful. I can't stop holding you and kissing your little cheeks. Thanks for being such a wonderful baby. Dear Ty, I love that you are saying "yeah" now and to almost everything I ask you! So darling:) Dear Jayson, I miss you so much, but thank you for working so hard at school/work/and your bishop ric calling. I'm so proud of you.
