MMM is not about getting skinny...its not about judging each other and its definitely not about comparing ourselves against each other. Were here to be healthy get fit and feel good!
It's so much easier to be healthy and work out when you have friends and motivators along side you.
Whatever your goals may be....we can be here to help each other.
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
Every Monday I will post a link up. You link your post about the previous weeks challenge. At the end of the link up I will post the next weeks challenge.
Each week you can do the challenge+anything on your mind that you would like to share as long as it is health/fitness related.
WHAT KIND OF CHALLENGES?
anything you can think of....
Drink more water
try a new class at the gym
share a favorite work out
give up sweets
cut back soda
I am always looking for new challenges...If you want to work on something and want us to try it with you EMAIL me and I will make it the next weeks challenge.
ALL ideas are welcome. We are not the same people so obviously we will all need to work on different things. SO I always love input.
The challenge doesn't apply to me..
Still participate. If we post a challenge that doesn't relate to you like give up sweets this week and you already don't eat sweets ...tell us how you resist the temptation. How you overcame that obstacle and advice on how we can do the same!
