mmm#23

Hey LADIES!!
AND I did SOOO GOOD!!! I didn't eat the usual delicious fatty fair food. It was hard but pretty worth it.

I have been exercising in moderation...I did get the OK from my doctor to be more active...I just worry so much and feel so protective since I had the spotting 
a few weeks ago. 

One thing I have been struggling A LOT with this pregnancy is 

HEART BURN 

This terrible awful awful awful annoying burn kept me up ALL 
night last night...and I don't mean I just had a hard time sleeping...I woke up at 1am with it...It was different this time...rather than a constant pain (like it usually is) It would come and be extremely painful for about 45seconds..so bad I was sitting up hitting the bed and having trouble breathing...It would slowly feel better and in another five minutes it would happen again...repeating all night. I remember looking at the clock at 5:30 and thinking there is no way I am going to be doing anything today...I was right.. I finally fell asleep from sheer exhaustion and when I woke up at 7:00 I had a huge migraine (im sure from the lack of sleep)...

Thankfully I have the most wonderful husband in the world. He let me go back to bed and try to get some sleep..

I am already on a prescription that I take every day...I don't eat anything that I think will trigger it..I chew a lot of antacids and I drink a glass of milk before I go to bed...I really cant think of anything I can do any different...


If you have any home remedies I would LOVE to hear them!!

ANYWAYS...


I was so excited to see this...
I have been wanting nothing but April to be over with so we can move into our new apartment and I can start nesting for baby Ember....and enjoy the summer sun a little more...
Seeing this reminded me to slow down and enjoy every moment!!  
Whatever it may be exercise, eating better, or just being happy...make right now your best month yet!!

honestly...if you would have asked me a few months ago
about running I would have told you it was one of the most important things in my life...made me feel so good...
how can I break the fear of running while pregnant??

  1. Heart burn...according to old Chinese prescription it is due to heat accumulate in body...try not to take pepper..citrus..mango..take more banana...grape..tofu... take care!
