Ingredients:
Combine diced fruit in a bowl and fill each 5 oz cup with fruit. Add 1 tbsp of juice and insert craft sticks into each cup. They easily stay in place because of all the fruit. Place in the freezer a few hours until firm. To remove the pops from the cups, run under warm water a few seconds. Enjoy!

You go! I just started exercising more and am looking at my diet as well. I'm still trying to shed last winter's weight (yep, you read that right!) UGH....wish I was one of those people with super fast metabolism and didn't have to work hard at it.
ReplyDeleteThis is great girl! Excited to follow along with your journey! 115 seems soo tiny! Good luck :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so brave. I don't think I could post a pic of myself on a scale. :) You can totally do this though. I want to lose 4 more lbs & then I will be back to the smallest pre-baby weight. This will be great motivation!
ReplyDeleteI love this post. I'm looking forward to this series. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYay girl I love this post and I hate you a little bit (haha not really I LOVE you) but hello 128 pounds I would die if I was that skinny Maybe one day I will get down to that. Love these posts though I am excited to read them ALL
ReplyDeleteWoot! I'm in.. I'm late.. but I'm in!
ReplyDeleteI hear you, Whitty! 128 is my goal weight—in fact, it's the bottom range of my goal weight because anything below that is an "underweight" BMI for my height.
