While blog stalking...I came across this message. I think it is simply perfect. Although I 

wouldn't say I have a favorite apostle...but if I did it would be President Uchtdorf.

He is amazing. His voice is like music to me.

well its not the best but its got me through this far.

NO...got those babies out a LONG time ago..

onesie tutu

Boys ROCK...but when I have a girl I fully plan to dress her in tutus all the time.

 My cousin Cody and Mersadie are having a Baby GIRL at the end of next month so I wanted

to test out my crafty skills for their present... I always thought the onesie tutus were cute, so I started blog stocking to find a good tutorial...I came across THIS. Making it easy enough for even me to do it!!

 I love it:) sorry I took it outside...my house doesn't have the best lighting...

I actually used a head band rather than elastic...

I would say its the way to go for the baby onesies. 

Plus I wanted to make a head band to match.

 I ended up cutting a bit of the band off, but its ok because the tulle will cover it.

I did a zig zag stitch in the front back and both sides so it wont rip off:)

once you sew it on tie your tulle all around.... after I was done i went around and snipped 

off the top of the knot so it has a clean edge...because I was not planning on covering with ribbon.:)

whale softies

I found these whale softies on i love nap time who got them from HERE...

I fell in love with them and they have been on my craft --to do list--

for a very long time...finally I gave them a try

I am a beginner sewer, so obviously mine are not even close to

perfect...I realize now to leave your hand stitching on a

flat section if possible. I messed up on my favorite whale

giving him a weird looking back end.. ah well I learned from it.

also after finishing a few I realized that the eye was suppose to

be further down...so they all have differnt placed eye balls.

I think they will still work well for a chew toy for the babies.

They snuggle/drool/play with about anything.

These two are my favorite..I love the fabric and the green eyes.

kinda swerved around on the eyes here...

but I am very happy with these eyes...

 I will give myself an A+ on this/ haha

well there you have it!! One project down a million to go:)
