TELL ME TUESDAY is here!!...and guess what?? I am out of town!

I am spending TWO days visiting my family and crafting with my mama and sisters!!

I would LOVE to do features real fast but I feel like I wouldn't be able to do them as well as I

would like in the short time I am writing this(LATE Monday night) but there are SOOOO

many good link ups that I will do a double feature next week....as for now I am going to go to sleep

then play with my family some more and soak in every minute I can!!!

MMM#18 a new kind of motivation

So as you all know I am expecting a new little bundle of joy.

So I thought I would turn my own personal MMM posts into a fit and active pregnancy motivation. 

Sorry if this will bore you, but its what im going through and I can only blog about what I know!!

SO HERE IT GOES...

SHOULD PREGNANT WOMEN EXERCISES?  

Pregnancy is not an illness, we are not to delicate or frail to climb a flight of stairs or to carry a bag of groceries!! Although sometimes the excuse is nice. BUT For a healthy (non high-risk) pregnant woman... moderate physical activity is considered safe and beneficial for not only mothers...but their babies as well...So if your doctor gives you the go ahead and you are perfectly capable of exercise when pregnant DO IT!!! 

There are so many health benefits to exercising while pregnant. 

You are already going to get fatter and fatter as the months go on...THERE IS NO STOPPING IT...Fat obviously will weigh you down and result in less energy. BUT by exercising you are increasing your daily energy! I totally believe that exercise will help you feel better both physically and mentally. IMPROVE YOUR SLEEPING...Increase endurance (and when labor comes around that will be very nice to have) REDUCE BACKACHES...Help with BLOATING...and many many more...

In later MMM's I will go into more depth about what exercises doctors say are best when pregnant and why...but for now here is a small list

STRETCHING

AEROBICS 

CALISTHENICS 

MODERATE WEIGHT TRAINING

WATER WORKOUTS

YOGA

RELAXATION TECHNIQUES

PELVIC TONING  

It is important to start off slow. Warm ups are always the place to start. You don't want to increase your heart rate to much to fast. Even though you are capable you are still more vulnerable when pregnant so walk before you run and jog slowly in a pool before doing laps.

My mother in-law teaches 2nd grade and her classroom had baby chickens getting ready to hatch. As soon as they did we headed right over there for Ty to see. 

His eyes light up and he totally loved them..

..but I think he loves his grandma more!

Yupp, I'm pregnant! Literally can NOT stop smiling...

I knew I was pregnant before the test confirmed it. I had all the symptoms... Getting up two or three times a night to pee, tired and even more sensitive than usual.

The first few weeks I was a little sick..I think my body was freaking out to the prenatal vitamin. Nothing I can complain to much about..No head in the toilet.

No serious cravings yet...Nothing I would make Jayson run to the store and get that moment..but juice always sounds good and healthy veggies taste so so good!!

We went to the doctor for the first time 2-16-12 and were able to hear the little heart beat..170bpm. We had our first ultrasound and the baby looked so amazing! I could actually see it moving around!! Jayson and Ty both came with me and shared my excitement. hehe Maybe Ty was just excited for his sucker the nurse gave him...but Jayson and I both were all smiles the whole time!! We both already love being parents and im pretty convinced no child could be cuter than Ty, but I think our new baby will be as cute as my little Tyster...and I can't wait to have two batches of sunshine in my life.

it's crazy how much you can love someone you haven't met yet...

Hope you had a wonderful Valentines day!!:)

This was Ty's Valentine to family. It was fun to make. For me....NOT Ty. I thought he would love the paint on his hand...Not even close. It totally freaked him out. After I put the paint on he looked at his hand then at me as if to say "MOM WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT" and then starts bawling. So I only had a few minutes to get some good hand prints...but we made it work... This is where I got the idea....Her baby seemed to love it... haha

Well...I had to get rid of my gym pass. For a lot of reasons...

To much money...To sick all the time...No time.

I started using it as an excuse to not work out anymore..

"I don't have a gym pass anymore so its to hard"

but I am a huge BIGGEST LOSER fan. and this season is the season of

NO EXCUSES.

Sooooo I have kicked my butt back into gear and spiced up my at home routine.

With yoga, 6minute abs, and the 5 mile walking videos.

Then I use my free weights and bands to do my own thing.

I cant wait to get back outside and start walking again....
The weather is ALMOST nice enough. I just am NOT a cold person...I HATE the snow.

and im terrified of Ty getting sick. So until the sun is shinning I will work out inside.

So back to the BIGGEST LOSER...

are you a fan???

Last season I totally thought I was a Dolvett fan..

I think because he was the under dog and I tend to want them to do well...

but for some reason this season he is not my favorite....

He still has that beautiful smile though...

and I was an Anna fan...

SOOO sad to see her go...

but this season its all about BOB!!

I think he does a great job training and being a friend.

and getting AMAZING results...

If I was a on the biggest loser I would totally want Bob to train me... :)

but I would probably die.

I miss my baby so much it hurts.

Ty is down in Logandale for the weekend with my family.

Tomorrow can't come soon enough!!

I made Heather send me pictures the whole drive home.

Mom sent me this of Ty playing with the toy food...making a mess.

Missy sent me this one...Ty loves to make a mess...but he also loves to clean!!!

I know he is in good hands with my family...BUT I STILL MISS MY LITTLE MAN!!

This week has been good.

A few things I have done well at

1. Drinking lots of water!!!

I have been lovin my water this week!! I LOVE lemon water.

My favorite things shares a TON of reasons its good for your health to add lemon.

Good for stomach
Excellent for Skin Care
Aids in Dental Care
Cures Throat Infections
Good for Weight Loss
Controls High Blood Pressure
Assist in curing Respiratory Disorders
Good for treating Rheumatism
Reduces Fever
Acts as a blood purifier

2. Stretching

Totally helps me sleep at night!

Every night after I get Ty to bed I stretch for a good 20 minutes:)

3. Getting plenty of fruits.

O I could eat my fruit all day long.

Seriously so sweet and yummy!! Never a problem for me.

A Few things I have been stinking at

 1. Waking up early.

I get such a late start to my day. I know I would feel 

better if I just got up and got going...but it has been hard.

 2. Sweets...

yikes...when did I get such a sweet tooth??

I REALLY need to do better at passing them up.

 3. Keeping track..

I have a fitness journal... 

I just need to write in it more.

Fuller Sexier Hair

I shared this on one of my favorite blogs Insanity Rules and realized I never shared it here. I don't share a ton of hair tips or tutorials even though that is my job. but here is one for ya...

I will be giving you a few tips for fuller, sexier hair.

1. Pre-Dry before using styling aids.

Wrap your hair in a towel before applying product to it.

Hair that is soaking wet will dilute your products.

2. For maximum oomph, apply the maximum amount of volumizer

to your roots and less to your ends.

You don't want to be weighing down your ends.

3. Apply conditioner WISELY.

If your hair starts to droop over usage of conditioner may be your problem.

Apply only a nickle size amount and start it at the ends (where your hair needs it the most).

4. Blow dry better

Blow dry your hair in sections.

Use a large round bush for maximum volume.

Alternate with hot and cold settings..

Start with hot and get most moisture out. Move to cool and finish the blow out.

5. Cocktail your products

It may take more than one product to get the look you are desiring.

Rather than overusing one product try two or three.

-My favorite products for volume is obviously BIG SEXY HAIR.

6. Add layers

One length hair can fall heavy and flat.

Layers will add movement and body.

7. Leave it alone

Once you are finished and are out for your day

try and keep your hands off. You will only pull volume out by messing with it!

If you need extra oomph through out the day flip your head upside down...shake and flip back up.

-I am a banana LOVER...So I always get excited to see new banana recipes and treats. This one really caught my eye!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS!! I took pictures but this one (where I got the idea) was so much prettier!! If you like bananas then TRY THIS!!!

Slice a banana in half and then insert popsicle sticks into each of the halves.

Roll the banana into an ounce of low fat yogurt.

Put in the freezer!

-I found this picture while pinteresting...and I thought it was a great visual on how much room 5lbs can take up....ugh motivation to keep those unwanted 5lbs off!!

-Ahh I really want some REAL work out shoes...Something I can go running in and my feet wont hurt so bad!

Last week we had a way fun challenge. We asked you to make a Inspiration Board that you can

look at often and remember what motivates you. There was some pretty awesome boards.

That's right girl!! E-mail me and I'll get it to you ASAP!!

The challenged last week was to max out on whatever machines you wanted to and were available to you. I love to do this...I don't max out often because I'm not trying to gain a lot of muscle. BUT its fun to feel super buff once and a while.

I tried out the bench of course.. I started with the bar 45 +10 on both sides 65+5 on both sides75+2.5 on each side =80lbs! 

I did it easy peasy...so I wanted to add 2.5 on each side again. I couldn't even get it half way up. Seriously 5lbs is a huge difference when lifting.

So bench I left alone at 80lbs.

Something I will definitely work on before my high school self comes and kicks my butt for being a baby.

Military Press-60lbs

Squats-150lbs

Push ups-25in a row woop woop

It's OK!

It's ok...that I haven't posted in a few days. Not because I haven't been blogging because I totally have. Rather than being on my own blog and my usual blogs I follow I have been totally in love with finding new bloggers. There is so many fabulous ladies out there, with the most awesome, cool, pretty, fun blogs. I love how different people are and I love seeing personality shine through there little space.

Its ok going grocery shopping..because my baby boy sleeps though it anyway.

It's ok that...I have slept in tell 8 the past three days.

It's ok that...Ty is teething and I think I am going to go crazy. I feel bad for him and just want to comfort him then when he wont let me I feel like an awful mother.

It's ok that..when I don't feel good I still watch cartoons.

It's ok...My baby sister moved back to Cedar so I can have more girl days.

It's Ok.. Jays and I have a sushi date soon:)

It's ok...I'm totally working on my next giveaway...getting some fun stuff together for YOU!!!

WELL it's 2012 and a new year always brings with it new year resolutions.

Things that you want to work on though the year...or something you want to learn how to do...

How many of you keep the resolutions you make and look at them the next year??

I don't always...but I feel like it starts my year off in a positive light!

This year I am going to have a theme!!!

Yupp....JUST DO IT!! cheesy? Maybe a little, but I don't care.....I LOVE the biggest loser and this season their theme is no excuses... I LOVE IT!! That's what I'm thinking...JUST DO IT!! NO EXCUSES...In fitness...work...marriage...being a mother...blogging...I just want to do it and I want to give it my all :)

Here is my list of a few things I want to work on!!

I will be making something similar to this very soon... MY FITNESS JOURNAL...and am sure I will be sharing with you...Maybe even making it a MMM challenge. I think it is the best way to stay on track. Writing things down so you can see your progress and see where and why you maybe fell behind..

It's no secrete to my friends and family that I want to have another baby!! and SOON....Jayson and I will be trying sometime this year to add one more to our family. When that happens I want to have an extremely fit and active pregnancy...Maybe be even more active than I already am. I think it is so important for you and your baby to be healthy and happy during those LONG 9months.

I really love to spend time with Ty....We do it all day everyday!!! As he is getting older and can "play" and learn more....I really want to do activities with him that are not only fun but are educational. I want Ty to have a good day EVERY day. I want him to always feel like Mommy's arms are a safe fun and loving place to be.

This sums up my fitness goals...WORK HARDER. ...then you will FEEL BETTER!!

I really want to keep date night a priority in my marriage. My husband is my very best friend...We have so much fun together no matter what we may be doing. I think in order to stay best friends we do need to be selfish every once in a while and have some alone time....wink wink!!

When it comes to working out I am big on weight lifting. I love it!! I know cardio is important and trust me I get plenty of it...but when I lift I feel healthier all day long. I would like to work out harder each month a little more than the previous month...Those are things I will keep in my fitness journal I will be making!

O to be organized...I wish I was one of those people who were blessed with OCD...(cough mother)...I truly look at it as a gift! I wish I could keep everything in its right place all the time...make labels for things...color coordinate my clothes...alphabetize my movies...fold my underwear. haha and similar things.. I feel like life would be easier that way...Then there is people like me who would lose their head if it was not screwed on... This year I am making it a goal to stay organized and have a system and routine worked out for keeping my life in order...

Yoga is one of my most favorite things in the world. It makes me happy:) yes very happy...So relaxed and positive about life when I am done. I feel so selfish doing it at home though. I look around and see things that need to be picked up or projects that need to be worked on and have a hard time popping in the video to do it...but I am making it a goal to take the time and get things done so I can do it hopefully twice a week.

Have a positive attitude. If all else fails and I am not organized and I didn't get to do my yoga like I wanted....If Ty has a temper tantrum and I just want to cry...I can have a good attitude and still make the day ridiculously amazing!!

I need to scrapbook more...Well I should actually start by making it a goal to take more pictures. I take plenty of Ty, but there is very few of Jayson and I from the past year.

ALWAYS a good goal... Water should be your best friend. No matter what the health problem water will always help!! :) Drinking more will be a life long goal of mine.

Sweets...such a problem for me... I can pass on chocolate any day of the week...but candy...SO hard for me to turn down... I am setting some serious boundaries for my sweet tooth this year!

SO important to me. No matter how hard life gets or how busy I think I am...there is always time to go to the temple...for us its once or twice a month.. We live so close to a temple we want to take advantage now....before we move and don't have the opportunity like we do now.

Christmas Day

Mom did the tree so fun this year! It starts with a cowboy hat on top. Then goes down with some burlap and country ornaments and ends with a pair of dads cowboy boots!!! Everyone loved it!! Including the babies....and the ornaments were not breakable...YAY!!

All the gifts Christmas morning:)

It use to be tradition every year all the girls got porcelain dolls...now we get willows:)

My family all got some PACKERS shirts. Jayson was thrilled! He said we can wear them this SUPER BOWL!!!

Heather got me some of my favorite movies and I made her a frame for her room!

Mom made me that cork board!!! and Jayson helped Ty open some of his gifts!

Mom got a stud finder.....she pointed to dad for the picture!!! (him being her stud in all!)

Jayson got the new Glen Beck book he has been wanting!

Heather and I both got a new set of scriptures...Mine say Ashley Whetman on them!! The quilt mom made me...It is SOOOO beautiful!!! I will soon be doing a whole post just on it!! I LOVE IT

Needless to say we all got some pretty fun stuff!!

The last present opened was for Ty...His basketball hoop from Grandma and Grandpa Hardy! We have been showing him how you use it and he is getting the hang of it. Except he doesn't just put the ball in the hoop...he will put anything he can through it....(phones...toys....anything he has in his hands..) O well he knows that something goes in the hoop!!!

After Grandmas and Grandpas we come home and open up a few presents. ALWAYS pjs, and sometimes we get a Christmas movie to watch that night or a game to play.

:) We had lots of fun opening our pjs and takin pictures. Then Justin and Missy took off for Vegas and we kinda just hung out tell we got tired and went to bed to wait for SANTA!!!!

Christmas Eve

We all get together at Grandma and Grandpa Hardy's house for dinner and opening some gifts. We give grandma and grandpa their gifts from us and we open theirs.

Ty helped grandma open hers.

She got a fancy new sewing machine:)

After dinner everyone kinda lounges around visiting.

Ty was so darling opening presents.

We play a game....There are so many presents in the middle of the floor....the first person opens up one...The second person can open a new one or take the first opened present and so on...If the present gets stolen the person gets to open a new one. Justin started off the game....He kept opening up girly presents and they all were getting stolen....so he had to keep opening up more and more...

Finally he opened up a manly present:) He got to keep it!!

Jayson opened a movie...Cheaper by the dozen...It was funny because I always joke to him I want 12 kids...hehe maybe just 6...or 8:)

Missy opened some material!!! I think she was pretty excited:)

Grandma and Grandpa gave all the girls a new sweater...They are so soft :) :) Grandma also made us all binders with all her recipes:) I love it so much and means a lot to have all her recipes to pass on to my girls!!

The boys got new gloves and gift cards to Sportsmans:) Jayson is so excited to go get some camping gear!!

Christmas Eve is always the same and always perfect!! I love our traditions so much:)

Christmas Shootin

This is where I grew up! It's perfect! I miss it so much.... but we only live 2 hours away so we get to visit often. When we went down for the Hardy Christmas Party.... after it was over we came home and hung out with some family we don't get to see too often. My dads cousin and his family:) They pretty much rock:) We had so much fun riding horses, going skeet shooting and driving around on the rhinos. Here is a picture overload of our day!!!

MMM...did you have a Merry Christmas and a happy HEALTHY new year??

Two weeks ago we asked you to just have a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year... Well did you??

I hope so. We sure did!!!

Jayson Ty and I spent some time with his family here in Cedar City. Had delicious Mexican food for dinner then Santa came to visit. You can go HERE to see our Christmas with the Whetmans.

The Friday before Christmas we went down to my families house in Logandale and spent a couple days there. I have yet to post those pictures and stories yet. I didn't bring my camera so I am still in the process of getting all the pictures from my mom!! Her camera is the bomb!!! Takes way better photos then mine...So I don't mind the wait!!! It will be worth it! 

I honestly did OK, NOT GREAT but NOT TERRIBLE at eating healthy over the whole holiday season! Christmas dinner was GREAT...I loaded my plate with salad and had small portions of the other yummy things I wanted and resisted the temptation to return for seconds..leaving room for a small dessert!:)

However Christmas morning it is tradition at the Hardy house (Grandpa and Grandma Hardy) to have a BIG FAMILY breakfast. 

Here is where I didn't do as well... I had three pancake and a big serving of hash browns...two eggs....and two pieces of sausage....Christmas morning has been my own tradition to eat sausage for the first time and last all year...It's so awful for you I can honestly never bring myself to eat it any other day! 
 I also resisted the temptation to eat the stocking chocolate Santa left me...but had no problem eating up the delicious HUGE bag of oranges he left just for me!!! 

New years was also good! We were at the Whetmans again and ate subway for dinner that I totally don't feel bad at all about!!!!!
With a little pie for dessert!:) :)

So I am happy to report over the holiday season I didn't gain any weight!! I was positive I would have maybe gained a few extra lbs..but I did good! 

Exercise....hmmm well I have not done any weigh lifting this last two weeks...SO I haven't been drinking my protein shake. I defiantly feel like I have lost some of my muscle mass. However I did do my work out videos at home. :) Did the Jullian 6 week 6pack, Jullian Yoga body melt down and the 5mile fat burning work out! They are all fabulous and recommend them to anyone.

That was my healthy holiday. I give myself a B :) 

NEXT WEEK: I really want you to think about some new year resolutions.  Make some realistic goals for yourself to reach in 2012. Also not only how to reach them but how you are planning on maintaining them... You can lose ten lbs. but can you keep it off all year??? I would love for you to share anything but please throw in there some health related resolutions!!!

Christmas part 1--at the Whetmans:)

This year we were at my parents home for Christmas...but before we left we had a get together at the Whetmans. We ate super delicious mexican food! Then SANTA CAME!! It's tradition that Santa comes to the Whetmans every year....all sit on his lap (even mom and dad) and tell Santa what they want and if they have been good or bad. It was so cute. Ty didn't really know what to think of the whole deal but he got some really cute books out of it!!!

It was fun to see Ty kinda open his presents. He is in the stage where the paper is more fun.

MMM....healthy holiday snack!

Last week we wanted you to share a healthy snack...something that would feel holiday-ish. I found this AMAZING apple pie dessert on win, lose or blog. I tried it and loved it!!! I didn't have the camera to snap pictures so head over to hers for a better "how to"

here is how its done

Start with an Apple.

Slice apple.
Throw the core away

put the apple in a bowl

and add some water (about 1/4 Cup).

put the bowl of apple slices in the microwave

COVER, and cook for 2 minutes.

Now carefully pour all the water out.

You can leave the apple in the bowl or put it on a plate.

Once you've drained the water, sprinkle cinnamon all over the apple.

NOTE: Use straight cinnamon. You do not need a cinnamon/sugar mixture for this.

I thought they were a perfect treat that didn't make me feel as guilty

as the sugar cookies/chocolate/caramel that is laying around my house!!

I am absolutely loving Ty's hair cut! I thought it was going to be so hard to get rid of those curls....

from time to time i will miss the little curly-Qs but for the most part I think Ty just looks like a stud muffin

MMM...how many push ups can you do??

Welcome back to MMM.  

If you're new go HERE to learn more and please join us:) 

I started Motivate me Monday as a way to share my passion with others. HERE is my very first post. I was so excited to post work outs and share my journey on becoming a healthier me. I got such a great response to it. Women would comment or email me cheering me on! It was wonderful. I soon had the idea to make it a link up so others could join in and share their journey as well. It has been such a blessing to me and I have met and got to know some wonderful ladies. My two favorites would be my co hosts Amanda and Whitney. These women are truly amazing...so sincere and great motivators. I just wanted to tell them publicly thank you for helping me with MMM and making it a great experience for me. I also want to thank all of you who take a few extra minutes out of your day to read and participate in this journey. I love when women come together and lean on each other for help and encouragement and I hope that MMM has helped you in some way as it has me. I truly feel like it has been a success thus far and hope for it to only get more successful. 

Ok enough mushy stuff. 

On to the sweat and pain

Last week..Do you remember what the challenge was??? Did you try it out??? It was to see how many push ups you could do at once..and to try to up that number by the end of the week. 

I cant say I am super impressed with my number. I started at the beginning of the week and I had Jayson watch me to make sure I was doing REAL MAN push ups. I started off strong...I got to ten and my arms started shaking. and I could tell my face had veins bulging. I pushed through with encouragement from Jayson to do five more. That's right my Monday number was fifteen. I made it a personal challenge to more each day even if it was only by one.

And Sunday I rested from my labors...hehe:)

I felt pretty good with my accomplishments. I definitely think I can do more. When I do push ups I always pretend there is a drill Sargent over me yelling and if I don't do how many I was hoping he would make me start over. I often think of the Pauly Shore movie "in the army now" and him saying "one drill sargent, two drill sargent" hehe

Was it just me...or did any of you have a crush on Pauly growing up?? weird? I thought he was extremely hilarious and not to bad looking..

Anyways so I think I will make it a goal to increase my number each week on push ups. I don't think I will primarily focus on just doing push ups but will work out and make sure to get plenty of strength training in and maybe on Saturdays see how many I can do and try to up my previous number. 

I hope you all are taking each challenge and even after the week is done still remembering and working on doing better. 

This week well do I have to say it???? I am ashamed of my Christmas treat eatings. I have had TONS of emails from ladies who are struggling with this same thing this time of year. I have been punishing myself time and time again to do better...but I think there is going to be a better way to go about this. Lets limit ourselves. It's not possible to skip every holiday treat. It's just not fun at all... hehe

So I am going to limit myself to a REASONABLE portion....NOT a bowl or plate full of something but a few bites of whatever my neighbors or mom/mother inlaw bake that is absolutely mouth watering to even look at. I will limit it to the portion and not every day. If I have something one day I will just have to pass the next. 

-NEXT WEEK 

 I think it would be fun to think up some healthier holiday treat ideas! One of our first challenges was to share a healthy recipe and we had a lot of participation. I would love everyone to share one they already know or to think up a new healthy holiday treat that we can eat and not feel guilty at the gym for the rest of the week. 

Speaking of the gym...I did so much better working out this week!! I hit the gym twice on Monday Tuesday and Thursday. Going in the morning and then again at night with Jayson. Wednesday and Friday I worked out at home. I am finding new fun ways to burn the calories at home.

I got this idea surfing pinterest in hopes to find Ty
a cute Christmas present that even I can make.
I came across this and immediately thought Ty would love it.

here is my attempt at it.

-most of the idea came from A girl and a glue gun. She is amazing...I changed a few things. I wanted to sew the red outline on with the machine. I also sewed the garage together with the machine rather than the glue gun. I hope it will last longer this way.

I think the garage is my most favorite part. It fits eight small cars.

The invitations...Simple and sweet!

I blew up balloons tell I thought I was going to pass out, then I had Jays blow up more!

I had to snap a couple pictures of Ty before everyone got there.

I made his shirt and its going tucked away in the cedar chest. It's mostly felt and a few scraps.

Monster balloon eyes. Felt with a little spay adhesive.

The eyes are glued one with glue dots....easy to remove!!

THE CAKES!! Mom and I had so much fun making them:) The plan was for the guests to eat the big one and Ty to smash the smaller one. When the time came Ty was just to cranky and tired. He really didn't want anything to do with it. So I let him take a nap while everyone was eating

I seriously could not have done it with out this lady! Thanks mama for being so great!! I LOVE YOU

At four months Ty loves to play

AT five months im convinced I have the happiest baby ever

started rice cereal

rolls everywhere

blows bubbles

makes goos and gaa noises

tries to sit up

At six months im totally convinced I have the cutest baby ever!!

Sit ups very well

Plays with all his toys

shaks toys then throws them across the room (literally)

rolls tell he hits something, then rolls in the other direction tell he hits something else

eating a jar and a half of baby food in one sitting

At seven months Ty loves to laugh

pulls himself up on things

blows out of almost every diaper

loves to cuddle

eats very well

army crawls

Eight months Ty is still doing the army crawl

reaches when he wants to be picked up

takes two-three naps

starting to be a PICKY eater

At nine months Ty has the curliest long hair

is up on all fours crawling

got his first tooth popping out

loves to clap

wont play with any of his toys

At ten months Ty is so loving

can walk-when being encouraged

pulls everything off the shelves

is eating mainly table food

crawls at super sonic speeds

At eleven months Ty is walking everywhere

got his first hair cut.
makes the biggest messes
loves baths
melts my heart

At one...Ty is
Walking everywhere and getting very fast
says mama dada and baba
loves putting things on his head
plays pick a boo
gets up once a night
takes 1-2 naps

IS OUR BEST FRIEND.
We love you Tyger man.

Hey ladies! Welcome to Tell me Tuesday! Sorry I have been a blog slacker lately. I promise I will

catch up soon!!! I have so many fun things to post about....TY TURNED ONE!!! wow crazy huh!!

Jayson and I went and spent the weekend in Vegas at the Aria hotel for our 2year anniversary( that isn't tell the 11th) hehe. I finished Ty's car mat..It is SOOOOO CUTE...I cant wait to share it with you.

Anywho with all that I have been a bit tied up...but will be back on track soon!!!

Welcome back to MMM.

Lets see...last week we left it open. Talk about anything health and fitness related.

We have been out of town so much and when we are home the

weather is so bad I cant get out of my house in the mornings with all the snow. . .

So I have been doing kinda bad going to the gym . . .

I decided rather than feeling bad about myself I am going to learn to exercise in more creative ways.

When I travel home to see family I will run outside. I don't know why I don't....I love to run and

I love it even more outdoors. AND Logandale weather is so nice in the winter you can actually go outside:)

ALSO when the weather is so bad that I feel literally terrified to drive to the gym I will start doing my at home videos better. Also my in laws live 50yards away and gave me an open invitation to use their at home gym and treadmill when ever I want. I feel like that's a pretty sweet deal and I need to take advantage.

There is never an excuse. . . If you want to be fit and healthy...YOU WILL BE.

When you have enough desire and start putting your health first it will happen.

That's all you can do. Don't get down on yourself. That will only make things worse.

Just do better tomorrow!

-Because I hate to drive in the snow and the morning is the only opportunity I get to go to the gym... I have turned into more of an at home work out girl for the winter time. I feel like you can really get in a routine this way leading to muscle memory. Your body needs to be surprised in your work outs to see results. If you are doing your work outs at home the videos are great but don't do the same one everyday. Mix it up, get online and find a new routine, I also found out Netflix carries workout videos!!! How awesome is that!!! You can also go to our loved site pinterest and type in health/fitness/exercise anything similar into the search bar and you will get a ton of options to help you out.

Each week that we have challenges I try to do the new one+all the previous ones. This week I did so good on drinking my water! I am also sick so that may have helped me with ambition to stay hydrated, but I didn't stop at 8... I was drinking close to 10 glasses of water a day and it felt great. :)

I also am doing so well on no soda. Giving up my diet coke will be one of the hardest things I ever do. Does that sound so dumb??? haha If I REALLY wanted to I would just do it. but for me it is a process..

Hope your Holidays are going good! Remember to not eat to many sweets!!

Next week: See how many push ups you can do at once. Try at the beginning of the week and work all week on it...see if you can up your number any??
